(HIT) - With the national’s Screen Manufacturers Association gathering next month for their 53rd annual meeting, The Four Season Resort in Palm Beach, Florida, will host a world class authority on insect-related health education, and some of the greatest foes of the country’s pesky disease carrying insect population.

Industrious association members not only manufacture the latest year-around screening materials for the comfort and safety of homeowners, they are additionally focused on expanding awareness of the health benefits of well-fitting and properly maintained window screens. With the long-time safety theme of National Window Safety Week (April 20 - 26, 2008), SMA members continue to promote the message to homeowners. Screens are intended for ventilation, and protection from insects.
